Software Developer
If you love developing in PHP, you’re aware of the latest technologies and you have enough
experience, you may well be what we’re looking for.
You’ll get to develop new stuff, solve scalability problems and work on many different areas of web
application development. You get to extend MediaWiki software to support new experimental
features.
This position will require programming skills, a working knowledge of web application deployment
models, and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Required
- Heaps of experience with Web Services
- Vast knowledge in PHP and MySQL
- Friends with JavaScript, CSS3 and HTML5
- A solid grasp of web security concepts
Desired
- Experience with MediaWiki-platform
- Experience with caching technologies such as Varnish and Memcached
- Experience developing large scale, highly-available web applications
- Experience in Cloud Computing

Front-End Developer
As a Front-End Developer you will be a part of our R&D team responsible for building and developing WikiWebGuides global online guides. You will also work closely with our sales, support and marketing, guaranteeing the international growth.
Responsibilities
- Designing and developing the user interfaces and the user experience of the WikiWebGuides services
- Participating in the design and development of WikiWebGuides web sites
Requirements
- Solid knowledge of semantic HTML and CSS, including HTML5 and CSS3
- Practical experience with jQuery and/or native JavaScript
- Ability to build cross-browser compliant templates and experience in browser testing on desktop and mobile platforms
- Experience in email marketing and HTML newsletters
What we respect
- Preferably more than 2 years of experience in web design and front-end development
- Understanding of mobile web development and responsive web design
- Experience with CSS preprocessors and front-end UI frameworks
- Experience with UNIX and command line tools
- Ability to use version control systems like Git
